I survive off cereal

Here is Amy's 1st missionary letter!  Her email address is amy.jerman@missionary.org

She seems to be having a GRAND time.  She has been able to call twice but only for 5 minutes a piece as she is hustling off to her next class. At least we know she is busy and happy. :)

Hola Hola
Welcome everyone to hermana jerman.

So I did 2 weeks of "AHome MTC" (8+ hours of zoom everyday booo but it was nice to ease into) Ive been at the Provo mtc for a week and a 1/2 now and I love it! Not to be the cliche overestatic missionary but February and march is the happiest ive been in a while. The 2 best parts of the MTC- it's so easy to feel the spirit here and I'm constantly surrounded by happy people (missionaries) (aka bots). My district is one of the smallest here. It's just a pair of elders and me and my trio and we're all supa tight. One of my sisters is tongan and has me crackin up daily, the other one is just white but is my soul sista.

So I ate costa vida for dinner and lunch  right before I came to the mtc (which equals mexican food toots) and man. From 2pm- bed i had to hold those babies in to the point that my toes were curling.

Meals are my favorite part of the day bc of our arm wrestles and our district convos about random stuff.  The food is pretty good but I always gravitate to the cereal...no whipped cream here for me to put on top tho:(

Tuesday night we had Elder Cook here for a devo and I was in the choir soooo I sang to an apostle and we made eye contact. His talk was was so powerful tho and he straight up said that He's seen the face of the Savior and heard His voice. I am learning soo much here and my testimony of the Savior and that He absolutely lives is growing a ton.

Warmest regards,

Herman Jerman (Is this her nickname!?!  If not, it's still a funny one)
